A Resolution Regarding Smoking Cessation Services at the University Health Center
Further action: I want to lead the SGA in promoting the Smoking Cessation Program by tabling outside of Stamp later in the spring using supplies already in the possession of the Health Center, writing an article, and staffing the Smoking Cessation table at the Health Expo. We can also assist the Smoking Cessation Counselor by sending a survey to our constituencies.

An Act to Add a Transfer Legislator to the By-Laws
The transfer legislator position will be added to the SGA By-laws under ARTICLE II. DUTIES AND POWER – LEGISLATIVE BRANCH under Section 1, Subsection A.2. as x. (following w.) reading: x. Tansfer: consisting of all students who transfer into the University of Maryland, College Park. As well, under Subsection A.4 under the Geographic Legislators column, an extra column shall be added and read as follows: 1 Transfer Legislator This will be enacted for these upcoming 2010 elections, where a transfer legislator will be part of a ticket.
